Schedule an Overview Meeting
We will have a brief Google Meet meeting and you can see the behind the scenes nuts and bolts of how everythign works. I will show you our ads and answer any questions you have. We believe in transparency!
We will hop on a Google Meet with you and make sure everything is set up correctly. We will set up your ad account, Facebook business page, set up your pixel, and connect Facebook with your CRM. You will also add us as a manager of the account.
Once everything is setup, you tell us when to press the "publish" button and leads will start flooding your CRM! You will be ready to make money! We always recommend starting on a Sunday to make budgeting easier.

Question 1: How much do I need to spend on ads?
At our agency, we believe your ad spend should be tied to your level of activity—not just an arbitrary budget. The more effort you put into reaching clients, the more leads you’ll need to support that activity.
That’s why we use a simple formula to determine the right budget for you:
(Total Average Dials Per Week ÷ 20) × 10 = Recommended Weekly Ad Spend
This ensures your marketing spend matches the bandwidth you actually have to work with. If you’re not sure how to calculate it, we’ll walk you through the process and help you determine the right amount for your business.
Question 2: Will I receive pre-booked appointments?
YES!! About 15-20% of your leads will come in the form of a self booked appointment. The last step of or Facebook lead form send clients to a calendar page that encourages them to book an appointment with you. This appointment goes straight to your CRM.
Question 3: Can I cancel the ads managment service at anytime?
We don't hold you hostage to our Managed For You plan. If, for any reason, things aren't working as you expected or your situation changes, we can pull the plug with no hard feelings. Just remember, if you do cancel, you can no longer use our ad creatives, but all the data generated by the ads is still yours! Also keep in mind we do not offer refunds or prorated management fees.

Question 5: How long before I see results?
Most clients start receiving new leads within the first 24–48 hours of launching their campaigns. It typically takes about 1–2 weeks to gather enough data to stabilize lead flow and fine-tune targeting. From there, the system continues to optimize, improving both the quality of leads and overall performance.
This means you can often start conversations with prospects right away, while also benefiting from lower costs per lead and stronger conversion rates as the campaign matures.
Question 6: Do I need to set up a Facebook Page?
Yes—but don’t worry, we guide you through the entire setup step by step. You don’t have to post anything if you don’t want to.
We believe your ads should always run from your account, giving you full ownership and control. You simply add us as a manager. This way, all the data and history we build stays with you, not us—so you keep the long-term value.
Question 7: Do you charge a setup fee?
No— we help you set up your business pages and ad accounts as part of our service. It will require a 45 min onboarding Google Meet meeting and we guide you through the setup click by click! We make things simple and all you have to do is pay us our management fee.
